The Million Dollar Question

Dah tah dah!!!!!! The million dollar question has been answered. We know where we are moving at least for the next three months. Ryan and I will be moving to Columbia Maryland very soon. Ryan was originally planned to go there for training for a week however Bechtel has decided to do a new program with the new hirees. He will work in MD for three months and be mentored by a fellow co-worker. At the end of the three months we will then receive our year long assignment. They will try to give us our preference but right now we don't know our options so that is yet to be determined. They have said there is a possibility that they will provide our housing since it is not a permanent move. It is likely we will have an extended hotel stay for the time we are there. So Ryan is packing up the car ( 3 months worth of stuff) and driving there on May 14th. I am flying to Texas for a friends wedding that day and will be coming back to MI for one more week of work. I will be flying to Baltimore on May 23rd. Our big stuff is going in a storage shed up here and we will come for it sometime in August when we know where we are moving. We will have a company car so we only need one car. I know a little about Columbia MD. It is 15 minutes from Baltimore and 45 from Washington DC. It is a very suburban and clean area and I am excited to explore in my free time. I am also thankful that I will find places to shop for maternity clothes, yeah!!!!!!!!

In light of this news we have a couple prayer requests.
1. That we will reflect Christ to Ryan's colleagues
2. Since we are moving for only a short time this means I will have a different doctor for every trimester. Pray that we find a good doc quickly and that they will have Divine wisdom in how to treat us considering they have no idea about past history.
3. That God will place us where HE wants us when the time comes for our first year's assignment.

We are thrilled that God seems to be leading us and we are happy to follow.

It will be a crazy week packing up our house and being ready to go in a week and a half. But when have our lives been normal?
