It's a Sunshine Day

I know I didn't deliver on the beach photos but now I am. These were taken on Feb 21st at Dana Point. You will get an eye full of us. It is so hard to pick which ones to put up. But the bad ones of muwah were quite easy to delete. Please choose your favorite and let me know. Hope you enjoy the photos as much as we enjoy the weather here.

You can't be perfect all the time
A necessary feeding creates one of my favorite photos
her strawberry hat makes her look like a Cabbage Patch Doll
she always has a smile
she loves her daddy
she didn't get these eyes from me, they are so blue
such a sweet grin
getting sick of us yet?

just a few more and you're to the end
still in love
mama loves her kisses
our very real and beautiful backdrop
the picture doesn't do it justice
THE END!!!!!
You made it through ALL the pictures. More than you ever wanted to see of us. More later to come. We do miss everyone. Be blessed and stay warm!

Did you miss us?

I know it has been a while since we last posted, but even though we haven't been frequenting the blog our neglect has not been for lack of pictures. This last month we have taken so many pictures of Charlie. Our little girl is growing up so quickly. She is over 13 pounds and gets more beautiful everyday. She talks all the time now and laughs constantly. I love hearing her laugh. Her happiest times are when she has a naked butt or when dad is making her laugh. She has many new boyfriends including the fan, the lamp stand in the corner and the boy down the street. Her latest growth spurt has lasted a little longer than expected and she has eating every hour and a half to two hours (mom is tired!). Her daddy says she needs to be put on a diet but I love her chub. Her next round of shots is not until April so we will see how long she is then. She is consistently wearing 3 month clothing and some 3-6 months when possible. She has many new toys that she loves. Her new swing is a hit, as well as the play mat Ryan's mom sent her. She has also graduated into sitting in the bumbo seat and loves to sit on the table while we make dinner. Everyday I am with her makes me fall more in love with her and am so grateful that I am a mom. I love California and all it has to offer. We have found a great church with Godly friends who are in the same life stage as us. God has certainly directed our steps. Now without further ado here is our pride and joy

the bees are her best friends. She is batting at them now, and loves the lights and music they play

Valentines Day was spent as a family with our small group but mommy & daddy had a special time to celebrate in Laguna Beach.
her shirt was very appropriate for V-day. "50% dad + 50% mom =100% me"

It has been a very busy month so we will leave you with our sleeping beauty
her little shooters were out so we had to take a picture. Annie Oakley look out!
