Our Dinner Entertainment

Charlie has a new toy that she really loves. It is a vintage ring stacker that is very similar to the toy I used as a baby. We were at a friend's house for the Fourth and she saw it and was mesmerized. So I splurged the nine bucks for it and it has provided hours of entertainment. I must say she doesn't quite get the concept but plays with it in her own unique way. I will let you see for yourself.

As you can see everything goes in her mouth. Her tongue plays with it more than anything.

She balances things quite well

I hope this is not a glimpse into her future as a circus performer.
Which leaves us with one question, "What do you do at your dinner table?"

The Time Has Come...

The time has come that I update my blog. I have neglected my blog and my apologies. We have been busy but now we shall update regularly. My sister threatened to shun my blog (delete from her blog) if I didn't get with it. I promised her that I would post today, and have made empty promises in the past but today a promise is a promise. So this is specifically for Aunt Cari who doubted at times whether she had a niece for lack of documentation. While uploading pictures I realized how many pictures I have that have yet to be posted so we will be having time warp moments on this blog till we get caught up. Charlie is sitting up like a champ now and beginning our early stages of crawling. She will get up on all fours willingly from a lying on her back position. This is huge considering she refused to roll over more than a few times to prove that she could. She usually rotates in a clockwise position throughout her naps and ends up all over the place in her crib. She bobs in the crawl position and I believe will be soon joining her friend Macy into the slithering stage. She talks, squeals and giggles all the time. She is still working on teeth but I think we are getting a bit closer because of the swollen gums and major MAJOR increase in drool. She loves to explore and touch and taste everything. So for now I leave you with, "What do you do with your Sunday ads?"

more fiber?

We will see you Friday for a double post. Ode to Uncle Richard and my Disney Princess. Stay tuned. "Love ooh" in the sing-song way Rigg says it. :)
