GOD'S FIRST TEST

So Sara finally made it to Baltimore saturday. We went to dinner and a show and returned to the hotel around 1030pm. Around 2:00 am sara was complaining about very intense inner-ear pressure and pain. By 2:30am we were at the ER. Apparently Baltimore is a little bigger than houghton because there was a 4 hour wait. Sara decided to wait it out at home. By 5:30 am sunday, she was in extreme pain. God blessed us with a wait free ER visit the second time around. She received pain medicine and some antibiotics because she had an infection in her right ear. She was ok for the rest of the evening and was only in moderate pain. Monday I received a text 9 am and the pain was back. We went to the ER at 11:30 and we have been here ever since. Sara was in excruciating pain and received more pain meds. She has since had a spinal tap, cat scan and blood drawn. They were worried about letting her go home because of returning pain so they are letting her stay the night. Right now she is not in much (4 out of 10) but it comes and goes. She has not been able to eat in over a day and is hungry. For the most part she is holding up well. We ask that you pray that the Lord Almighty will protect our baby through all the meds. We also pray that the pain will go away and the ear infection will get better. thanks for all your prayers and support.
